Booking policies
Exhibition admission and art activities
You may cancel or reschedule your purchase at any time up to 24 hours prior to your session start time. Follow the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your booking. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. We do not offer refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your session start time. You may wish to consider transferring your booking to a friend or family member.
Workshops
You may cancel or reschedule your purchase at any time up to 7 days prior to your session start time. Follow the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your booking. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. We do not offer refunds for cancellations within 7 days of your session start time. You may wish to consider transferring your booking to a friend or family member.
Camera surveillance
Camera surveillance operates throughout the venue to ensure public safety and for the investigation and prosecution of criminal offences. Footage will only be accessed by persons authorised to do so. Should an incident occur, footage may be provided to the Queensland Police Service for law enforcement purposes. Your information will not be given to any other person or agency unless authorised or required by law.
COVID-19 Government-imposed lockdowns
In the event of a Government-imposed lockdown, you will be offered either a rescheduled experience or a full refund.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination requirements
We comply all Australian and State government requirements to show proof of vaccination as a means of entry to our venue. For more information about Queensland, click here. We do not offer refunds for guests who are unable to show proof of their full vaccination status.
Indemnification for loss or damage
You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against any and all liabilities or expenses arising from or in any way related to your use of this website or the services or information offered on this website, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and solicitors fees of every kind and nature incurred by you or any third parties through you.
